Armor description

Armour from a Roman castra "Military Place" in northern england, near the scottish border. Now, the armour's remnants are stored in the National museum of Scotland.
The "Newstead" armour share similarities with anothers artifacts from various places in Europe: Eining, Carlisle, Zugmantel, Carnutum, etc.

* Obviously, this armour, as well as all our other armours, is NOT produced in India!

All our body armors are made to measurements.

Please measure your total height, and your bust circumference, including your gambeson / tunic, if you wish to wear one under your metal armor. Then select the corresponding size range.
Once we have received your order, we will tell you by e-mail what additional measurements are needed.

Mild steel, or Hardened steel?

You can select the desired material & thickness (mild steel - ST3 1mm or hardened steel - 65G 0,8mm)

Terms & shipment

All our armors are custom made, within 8 weeks (10 weeks during peak order periods) and shipped from Russia, worldwide*.
*except Australia

Shipping costs are calculated after production, based on the final weight of the armor, which may vary from one customer to another (size of the armor, hardened steel or mild steel, location of the customer...)

Please find attached the indicative shipping rates:

EUROPEAN UNION = 90 euros.
EUROPE (Outside the European Union) & UNITED KINGDOM = 120 euros.
USA & CANADA = 200 euros
These indicative prices are calculated on the basis of the standard size of an armor (175cm height / 100cm chest circumference - Package of approximately 12kg - This weight generally includes the "bust and shoulders" part of an armor.)
For larger armors or those equipped with a skirt, the weight may be increased, as well as the shipping costs.
