1. The customer receives, before ordering, the measurement chart.
By placing an order, the customer confirms the accuracy of the measurements provided to the seller and waives their right of return, in accordance with applicable law.
2. The ordered item is presumed to be free of defects, and it will be the customer's responsibility to characterize them, using all necessary supporting documentation, in the event of a dispute.
3. Color perception varies depending on screen settings. Please take this into account. If in doubt, do not hesitate to ask us for additional photos before placing your order.
4. The customer is expected to understand that the general shape of our historical garments, the nature of the fabrics used, and the artisanal nature of the manufacturing process differ considerably from modern garments, which have different cuts and are entirely machine-sewn. This does not constitute a defect; on the contrary, it is a guarantee of authenticity within the framework of a historical reconstruction approach.

* Our partners are working totally indepentantly. They are free to choose their prices, and production dead-line, in accordance with our philosophy, which is to promote and defend craftsmanship, worldwidly.

We ask our European customers to return their item to us in case of breakage. We will then inspect the product, and replace it if normal conditions of use have been made. Shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
* In the event that your package is late in arriving, please contact us, and the craftsman responsible for sending your order will take care of initiating an appeal with the carrier, in order to unblock the situation.
* The manufacturing times indicated are indicative. We are artisans, not "Amazon" sellers. Therefore, additional time - reasonable - may be necessary (sometimes just a few days), and the customer agrees to this.
* Any validated and paid order, including customization and/or on-demand manufacturing (whether as part of 100% payment up front, or installment payment - see transaction agreement) is considered as definitive.
